Most students attend school "on campus" with a small number gradually mainstreamed into local
schools when they are ready.
In the school and residence each student works to a specially devised individual programme (IEP)
geared to their own educational needs. Each programme is set up after consultation with the
student, their family, referring agent, education specialists, other involved agencies and
evaluation by the Salisbury staff. Students' progress is closely monitored and the programmes
regularly reviewed. Parents are always involved in any major decision.
