Our Strategic Plan reflects the collective voice of our community—our ākonga, whānau, staff, and wider stakeholders.

It captures what matters most and sets a clear, values-driven direction for our future. This living document is our guiding compass, supporting our strategic mahi as we continue to strive for excellence in all that we do at Salisbury School.

Our plan is now available as a ‘plan on a page’ – a high-level overview. It states our goals, and for each goal:
